Shenghua Heavy Crane Group 2sets 120t 30m Beam Launcher for CCCC FIRST HARBOR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD. which used for Guangxi Guilong high speed project, smoothly passed the acceptance and delivery, and successful completion of the erection of the first beam.

The Guilong freeway begins in Guigang City, finally to the west of Longan County, the main line is about 228 kilometers long, the design speed is 120 km / h, and it is started in December 2015. In the installation process of the 120t Beam Launcher, we send our engineers to the site guidance and complete the installation and commissioning. After the first span successful installation, our 120t Beam Launcher fully meet the requirements, and have been highly praised by the customer.

The 120t Beam Launcher main function is to lift the 30m length precast girders , transport and put them on the piers. The 120t Beam Launcher is moving on the piers and erected bridge. Normal lifting capacity has 100t-30m, 120t-30m, 160t-40m,200t-50m, 300t-50m and other customized tons and span. The transverse length is depending on the bridge wide. The Span is depending on the longest distance of the piers. We can design the beam launcher to erect I-beam, T-beam,U-beam, box-beam steel beam and so on.
