What's A Movable Scaffolding System and How's It Working？

The Movable Scaffolding System is a bridge construction machine with its own mould, which is supported by box girders to casting in site of bridges.
Its main characteristics are: good construction quality, simple construction operation, low cost and so on. At home and abroad, it has been widely used on expressways and railway passenger dedicated lines.
The Movable Scaffolding System mainly consists of: leg - supporting mechanism, inner mould and sidemould, hydraulic system and so on. Can complete a series of construction from mobile the MSS to casting molding.
The Movable Scaffolding System uses the bridge end and pier to install the support legs, support the main beam system with the support legs, and hang the side modules and formwork on the main beam system, so as to form a bridge manufacturing platform that can move vertically and complete the bridge construction. Moving the MSS down and out of the mould, transverse opening enables it to pass through the bridge pier and move forward launching to reach the next construction unit, and transverse closing forms the construction platform again to complete the construction of the next span.
